Sara's Fluffy Pancakes

1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla

1.  In medium bowl, combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".
2.  In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3.  Whisk eggs, butter and vanilla into "soured" milk. 
4.  Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
5.  Heat a large skillet and cook pancakes!
